• Lucelas – 25ml
• Spiced Rum – 25ml
• Lime Juice – 25ml
• Don’s Mix (3 Parts Grapefruit Juice + 1 Part Cinnamon Syrup) – 12.5ml
• Grenadine – 7.5ml
• Angostura Bitters – 1 Dash
• Charred Grapefruit Garnish

Cut a fresh slice of grapefruit and char with a blowtorch, ready for the garnish. Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, top with ice and shake. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice, add a straw and garnish with the prepared charred grapefruit slice.
